Leu-Enkephalin Gonadoliberin Angiotensin I Neurotensin Peptide Calibration Standard set
1. Leu-Enkephalin
Leu-Enkephalin purified peptide and is mass spec standard that can be used for calibration of mass spectrometers. Leu-Enkephalin's amino acid sequence is Tyr-Gly-Gly-Phe-Leu. Leu-Enkephalin gives a monoisotopic mass of 556.277 [M + H]+ and average mass of 556.6 [M + H]+. Dissolve the Leu-Enkephalin peptide with buffer or matrix solution right in the tube then analyze by MALDI-MS or ESI-MS.

5. Peptide Calibration Standard set
Each tube of mass spec calibration standard contains 4 purified peptides: Leu-Enkephalin, Gonadoliberin, Angiotensin I, and Neurotensin. You can conveniently dissolve the mass spec calibration peptides directly in the tube with buffer or matrix solution and then analyze by MALDI-MS or ESI-MS. Each tube contains 10 ug of the 4 calibration peptides totaling 40 ug of peptide in each tube. Three tubes of purified peptides are sold in this product.
